Have you ever noticed that ‘heal’ is the first four letters of ‘health’? Being healthy in body, mind and spirit has become more important than ever to navigate life right now!

At the heart of my philosophy is a passion to arm people with the knowledge they need to take control of their health, and their food, for themselves. In a membership community, I can support many more in making positive, permanent change in any number of ways.

This membership is about me being able to help you strengthen your health holistically, whether you want guidance on tackling or avoiding major concerns like diabetes or menopause, or you are more interested in improving your daily eating for better overall health.

If you’ve tried everything and feel frustrated by less than vibrant physical or mental health, this is for you. 

Gradual, holistic, and backed up by professional expertise, solid science, and the personal experience of being a busy single, working mum. I’ve worked with real people just like you for 25 years, been commissioned by the NHS, won an award for nutrition innovation, and had my own health challenges to overcome. I know what works, and what doesn’t!

 What works:

  • information and advice from a professionally qualified source
  • practical tools and tips to apply to your busy life
  • tackling your mind and habits as well as your body
  • motivation, inspiration and support, from your professional guide and from a community
  • realising you are unique, and that you need to partner with your body to be truly healthy and happy

Here is where we’ll look at health conditions, body systems, practical food, diet and lifestyle factors, share recipes, and build a community who can support, and even mentor, each other.

Each month will have a health focus, one of the big questions that can get contradictory and confusing, like gut health, menopause/hormonal health, mood and brain health, immunity, thyroid health, weight management and metabolism, the psychology of eating, and more. You get clear cut, reliable, balanced guidance, backed up by science, common sense, qualified expertise, and experience.

Every month will have a seasonal food focus too, where I’ll share nutritional benefits, recipes and ways to work fantastic ingredients into your eating for easier, tastier food that fuels mind as well as body. Fussy kids, no time, or lack of confidence in the kitchen? No problem!

In the monthly live get together, I’ll go into focuses in detail so you can put healing into action for yourself and continue to work on it, along with others doing the same thing. There will be targeted recipes, info and advice, and even demo videos of meals that heal.

Recipes, general advice, questions on any aspects of food and health, these are the stuff of daily community. Big or small, it’s all relevant right here, and I’ll be here to help you. 

The bank of videos, resources and recipes grows rapidly, with a foundational unit to start you off on improved health ready and waiting for you.

An incredible deal, regardless of the season. The subscription will be rising in 2021, but until December 31st, those who join will pay only £10 a month, for as long as they are members.
